💙 A Decade of People, Process, and Possibility at Microsoft
Ten years. November 30, 2015.
It is incredible how much can change in a decade…and how much you can grow along the way.
I began at Microsoft as an Application Development Manager (what is now known as a Customer Success Account Manager) thanks to Karen Sambogna, an inspiring leader who took a chance on me and later retired after a remarkable career.
Soon after, I moved into the Cloud Solution Architect role when the Customer Success Unit was formed, with Brett Wolfe welcoming me into the next chapter. Today, I am honored to serve as a Solution Engineer in Microsoft’s Retail & Consumer Goods organization, helping some of the world’s most innovative brands harness the power of Azure and AI.
Over the years, I have learned that while technology evolves and processes mature, it is people who truly shape you. They challenge you, teach you, and remind you that success is built on trust, empathy, and collaboration.
Microsoft has shown me that the best outcomes happen where people, process, and technology intersect…knowing that progress always begins with connection.
To every mentor, teammate, leader, partner, and customer who has been part of this ten-year journey…THANK YOU. 🤗
